Eligibility: Tomatoro does not set age restrictions for its use. However, users under the age of 13 must have the consent of their parents or guardians to use our service.
User Content: Any content generated by users may be stored in our database or on Posthog. We reserve the right to use this information to improve our service.
Rights to Content: Tomatoro reserves the right to all information collected and learnings obtained from the analysis of this. Users can request the deletion of their usage data if they know their assigned random string of characters, by sending a request to privacy@tomatoro.com.
Violations and Consequences: In case of violations of these terms of use, Tomatoro reserves the right to block access from an address or range of IP addresses.
By using Tomatoro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, so we invite you to review them regularly.
